    • Fresh Foods: Including Meat, Seafood, Unprocessed Plants, Or Seeds, Are Prohibited From Import.

    • Goods Should Be Properly Packaged By The Sender To Ensure They Are Not Damaged During Transport. It Is Recommended To Use Appropriate Protective Materials, Such As Bubble Wrap Or Sturdy Boxes, To Reduce The Risk Of Damage During Shipping.
    • Fragile Items Must Be Properly Reinforced With Protective Packaging To Ensure They Are Not Damaged By Impact, Avoiding Damage Due To Inadequate Packaging.
  3. Liability And Compensation:
    • We Bear No Responsibility For Delays, Damage, Or Loss Of Goods Caused By Force Majeure (Such As Natural Disasters, War, Customs Clearance Arrangements), But Will Make Every Effort To Assist.

2、Air Freight Volume Calculation

  1. Air Freight Charges Are Based On The Greater Of The Actual Weight Or The Volumetric Weight (Dimensional Weight). The Calculation Method For Volumetric Weight Is As Follows
  2. Calculation Formula: (Length cm × Width cm × Height cm) ÷ 6000 = Volumetric Weight (KG). If The Package Has A Large Volume But Is Light In Weight, It Will Be Charged Based On Volumetric Weight.
  3. Example: A Package With Dimensions Of 50 cm × 40 cm × 30 cm Has A Volumetric Weight Of (50 × 40 × 30) ÷ 6000 = 10 KG. If The Actual Weight Of The Package Is 8 KG, The Final Charge Will Be Based On The Volumetric Weight Of 10 KG.
  4. Tips For Saving Shipping Costs: When Packaging, It Is Recommended To Choose An Appropriately Sized Box To Avoid Excessive Or Unnecessary Space And Ensure A Snug Fit To Reduce Volumetric Weight.

3、Precautions

  1. Actual Weight And Volumetric Weight: If The Volumetric Weight Exceeds The Actual Weight, Charges Will Be Based On The Volumetric Weight. Choosing Appropriate Packaging Can Effectively Reduce Volumetric Weight And Lower Shipping Costs.
  2. Packaging Size Recommendations: Reducing Package Volume And Choosing Compact Packaging Helps Lower Shipping Costs, Especially Since Volumetric Weight Is The Primary Basis For Cost Calculation In Air Freight.
  3. Volumetric Weight And Shipping Cost Calculator: You Can Use An Online Volumetric Weight Calculator Rates, To Quickly Estimate Shipping Costs And Avoid Additional Charges Due To Volumetric Weight.
  4. Check Item Specifications: Before Shipping, Ensure That Your Items Meet The Import Standards Of The Destination To Avoid Rejection Or Return By Customs Due To Non-Compliance.

A、Import Express Package Customs Regulations

  1. Invoice Included: An Invoice Should Be Attached To The Outside Or Inside Of An Imported Parcel For Customs Inspection (If No Invoice Is Attached, Customs Will Determine The Value).
  2. Import Tax Collection: Tax-Free For Dutiable Value Under NTD $2,000, Excluding Tobacco, Alcohol, And Specific Agricultural Products; Full Tax Applies For Amounts Over NTD $2,000.
  3. Combined Tax Calculation: If The Same Sender Ships Multiple Parcels To The Same Recipient On The Same Day, The Dutiable Value Will Be Calculated On A Combined Basis.
  4. Frequent Import: If Duty-Free Imports Exceed 6 Times Within Six Months, Taxes Will Be Applied Starting From The 7th Time (Frequent Import Tax).

B、Tax Exemption Regulations

  1. If The Dutiable Value Of A Single Imported Item Is Below NTD $2,000, And It Is Not Tobacco, Alcohol, Or Specific Agricultural Products, And It Meets Import Frequency Standards, It Is Exempt From Customs Duty And Business Tax.
  2. If Import Frequency Does Not Exceed 6 Times Within Each Six-Month Period (January To June, July To December), Taxes Are Not Required. However, From The 7th Time Onwards, Tax Will Be Applied Even If The Amount Is Below NTD $2,000.

C、EZWay Real-Name Customs Declaration Process

  1. Download And Register: Download The "EZ WAY" App From The App Store Or Google Play And Complete Real-Name Authentication.
  2. Customs Declaration Authorization: When The Package Arrives In Taiwan And Enters Customs, You Will Receive A Notification. You Must Confirm Customs Declaration Authorization In The App For The Goods To Clear Customs Smoothly.
